SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Situational leadership is a leadership style that has been developed and studied by Kenneth Blanchard and Paul Hersey. Situational leadership refers to when the leader or manager of an organization must adjust his style to fit the development level of the followers he is trying to influence. With situational leadership, it is up to the leader to change his style, not the follower to adapt to the leader’s style. In situational leadership, the style may change continually to meet the needs of others in the organization based on the situation.

ERGONOMICS ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
This course offers in-depth guidance on identifying, assessing, and managing ergonomic hazards in the workplace. It addresses the mutual responsibilities of employees and employers in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Participants will delve into a broad spectrum of ergonomic issues, including risk factors, manual handling, and prevalent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) such as low back pain (LBP), neck injuries, and carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). The course also provides practical tools for evaluating manual handling risks, utilizing direct measurement techniques and checklists aligned with the Ergonomic Risk Assessment Guideline (ERA, 2017) issued by DOSH.

OCCUPATIONAL FIRST AID &
CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR) + AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATOR (AED) PROGRAM
Occupational First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) + Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification program is a 14-hours (minimum) course developed to provide training in the provision of emergency care for those who are likely to be the first personnel responding to the scene of an accident, fire, or medical emergency. The emphasis of the course prepared the responder to address immediate life threats and injuries until more highly trained personnel are available. This course prepares the participants to be confident and competent First Aid Responders and to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and OHSAS 45001.
